Tap the cog icon on the top left-hand corner of the home screen, select ‘App Settings,’ scroll down and hit ‘Logout.’ As long as you haven’t accidentally deleted your account you should be fine!

I accidentally thumbs-upped the wrong JigTalker, can I go back?
Sadly, there’s no instant rewind. Once you choose a profile, the losing profile will take 24 hours to reappear.

Is my display photo covered in 16 jigsaw pieces?
It is. Pretty cool, right? The more you talk to someone, the more they see of your photo (and you see of theirs)!

Can I send a photo to someone?
Nope! That would defeat the purpose of the game 😉
JigSearch (Profile selection/elimination)
What is JigSearch?
JigSearch, in other words, is your default home screen. Here, you will see two JigTalker profiles at a time. Thumbs up the one you prefer, and the loser will be deleted! You will not be visible to other users if you deselect ‘Discovery’. Don’t worry though, you can still see and chat with your matches. You can turn Discovery on or off in ‘Settings’ and then ‘Discovery Settings’.
I accidentally thumbs-upped the wrong JigTalker, can I go back?
Nope! Sorry guys. Not yet, anyway. Once you choose one of two card profiles shown, the losing profile is lost forever!
Can I message someone I haven’t matched with?
Unfortunately not JigTalker! Only users who have indicated a mutual interest in one another are allowed to JigTalk.
How do I report someone?
Swipe left on your match’s name on the chat list, and, choose from the options when the button appears.
JigTalk reckons “There’s no one new around you”
You know that cog icon on the top left-hand corner of the main screen? Tap it. Select ‘Settings’ and then ‘Discovery Settings’, and try increasing the distance and age range. Logging out and logging back in could help, too.
Matches
How do I unmatch (block) someone?
First of all, obviously, you can only unmatch (block) someone that you have matched with. Swipe left on his/her name on your JigTalks list, and, tap the ‘Options’ button which appears. You’ll see three options. One of them being ‘Block’. Tap that one! You’ll disappear from their Matches, they won’t be able to message you anymore, and they will also disappear from your Matches.
Can I unblock someone?
Blocking is a permanent action, so, unfortunately, no. No you cannot.
I lost all my Matches!

Unusual! This may be a temporary occurrence, so, close and re-enter JigTalk at a later time. Try logging out and logging back in if the issue persists. Tap the cog icon on the top left-hand corner of the home screen, select ‘App Settings,’ scroll down and hit ‘Logout.’ As long as you haven’t accidentally deleted your account you should be fine!

Note: If only one or two of your Matches disappeared, they either unmatched you or deleted their account.

One of my Matches disappeared.
We have some bad news for you… It sounds like that JigTalker either unmatched you or deleted their account. Tap the icon on the top left-hand corner of the main screen, select ‘App Settings’, scroll down and hit ‘Logout’, then log back in, just to be sure.
Double Thumbs Up
What does the Double Thumbs Up do?
By tapping the Double Thumb icon to the bottom right of a JigTalker’s profile card, you let that user (who you fancy very much) know that they stand out from everyone else. This fortunate JigTalker will take notice – when your profile appears and they’re deciding whether to swipe right, it will show up in a bright Double Thumb icon, highlighting your interest. Once they decide to Thumbs Up you in return, then, woohoo! It’s a match.
A Double Thumbs Up costs 5 JigTokens per usage.
Note: Double Thumbs Upping someone will, as usual, delete the profile which wasn’t selected out of the two.
JigTalking (messaging)
How does JigTalking work?
It’s very simple, and an edge of the seat process. Trust us! 16 jigsaw pieces cover your photo. When two users each send a message, one jigsaw piece from each’s puzzle unveils, showing a little bit more of the photo underneath. Once you complete the game and unlock each other’s full puzzle, up to three extra photos become visible. Give it a try if you haven’t already, you’re going to love it!
Can I message someone I haven’t matched with?
Nope. Sorry! Only JigTalkers who have indicated a mutual interest in one another are allowed to chat.
My messages are not going through.
Hmmmm. How is your internet connection? If it’s good, then, this is probably a temporary issue. Close and re-enter JigTalk at a later time. Have a peek at @JigTalk_ on Twitter for updates.
